Terms of Service
Last updated: November 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the AniStreams channel on Roku devices and related services. By installing or using AniStreams you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
AniStreams provides an anime streaming catalog with browsing, search, favorites, subtitles, and playback on Roku devices. Certain content or features may require an account or an active paid subscription.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- Accounts are for personal household use; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Roku Pay
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Roku Pay under your Roku account; price and billing period are shown at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel anytime via my.roku.com or your Roku device; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Refunds follow Roku's purchase policies; contact Roku support or our team for billing help.
5. Acceptable Use
- Personal, non-commercial use only.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or circumventing access or playback controls.
- No sharing of account credentials or content beyond your household.
- No use that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Content & Availability
The catalog, artwork, and episode listings may change, be limited, or be removed without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and may suspend the service for maintenance or security reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
The AniStreams name, channel software, and its original content are our property. Content available through the service is licensed for streaming through the channel only.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under mandatory consumer-protection provisions. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you retain statutory rights, including rights under consumer-protection and digital-content laws, which these terms do not limit.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new revision date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
